Do you work on tenanted flats?
Yes, landlords included. Rental flats get schemes built for wear, not for a photo call.
What does the survey cost?
The first visit is free. The drawn scheme is what carries the fee, and it is quoted at the survey stage.
Can you draw for a listed building?
Nothing is drawn for a tenement room the balcony Police area runs; protection of a public stairway cannot be drawn without a registered architect.
Do clients override the scheme?
Yes and no - decisions are yours and written into the scheme; drawing lines that go against a survey is not offered.
