Furniture plans fail for predictable reasons: a sofa drawn 30 cm short, a radiator the scheme ignores, a swing door nobody walks around. Layout work at the studio is measured on site, then drawn to scale so every item proves its footprint on paper before it reaches your room.
The options stage costs nothing extra - two near-equal routes carry both drawings into the fee.
Reading the Sheet
A plan you can argue with.
Drawings go out under the sheet naming of the home: rooms identified, items sized, circulation left clean. Each option carries a budget line, so the client sees where the money moves before a single purchase.
Where a layout is bound by walls you will not move, the plan says so - costed options of holding or re-routing carry their own consequence line, stated dryly.
