Charges and settlement

All fees are in pounds sterling, settled inside fourteen days of an invoice. Late settlement carries interest and recovery costs at the statutory level under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts Act 1998.

The parties to a contract

The engagement binds Interior Pro Designers Ltd, Companies House No. 901106, and the client named on the fee note. Registered address: 2/2, 156 Charles Street, Glasgow G21 2QH.

Postponing and cancelling

Booked visits cancelled 48 hours or more ahead cost nothing. Inside that window, a fair charge for the reserved time may arise, and it is stated before the visit.

Liability stays bounded

Claims are capped at the fees paid for the affected project; indirect and consequential loss is excluded as far as law allows. Nothing limits liability for death or injury by negligence.

Bringing extra work in

Design changes and additional drawings proceed only after a written variation is signed by both sides. Talk in the doorway starts nothing.

Confidentiality survives

Plans, palettes, fees and family details seen on site stay confidential through and after the project.

How starts and agreements work

A fee note stays open for thirty days; it becomes a contract when the client signs or writes clearly to start. Sketches quoted orally never bind.

The law that applies

Scotland's law governs. Disputes settle first in correspondence with the office, then at the ordinary courts if they must.
